Eligibility for Returns

• Unopened Items: Sealed, untouched merchandise with original intact packaging can be returned within 30 days upon receipt.

• Opened/Used Items: No return or exchange service applies to opened and used products, complying with hygiene standards and eco-protection tenets. Once unsealed, goods cannot be restocked or reused properly to avoid unnecessary waste generation.

• Damaged or Defective Items: Please submit photos of parcels and faulty products to support staff within 48 hours after delivery. We will conduct official assessment and offer replacement, full refund or partial store credit at official discretion.

Return Process

1. Request Authorisation: Apply for official return approval with valid order number. Unsanctioned returned parcels will be rejected directly.

2. Ship the Item: Deliver goods back to designated address after approval. Return freight expenses shall be afforded by customers.

3. Inspection & Refund: Official verification will be conducted upon parcel arrival. Qualified returned orders will receive merchandise-value refund only; original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Refund Details

Fund settlement finishes within 3–10 working days after goods inspection. Refund will be remitted to the original payment channel, subject to financial institution settlement rhythm.
